Meridian Georock Mineral LLP is committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of industrial minerals to customers worldwide. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation of the purchase order, commercial terms, and receipt of any applicable advance payment, where required. Processing time depends on product availability, production schedules, quality inspection, packaging requirements, and export documentation.

2. Modes of Shipment

We supply bulk quantities of minerals through various shipping methods based on customer requirements, including:

  • Container shipments (FCL/LCL)
  • Open vessel or break bulk shipments
  • Bulk vessel shipments
  • Any other transportation mode mutually agreed upon with the customer

The mode of shipment is selected according to the product type, order quantity, destination, port facilities, and commercial agreement.

3. Packaging

Products may be supplied in various packaging options, including:

  • Jumbo bags (FIBCs)
  • PP woven bags
  • Paper bags
  • Bulk loose loading
  • Customized packaging as agreed with the customer

Packaging specifications will be confirmed before dispatch.

4. Delivery Schedule

Estimated delivery schedules are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Production requirements
  • Shipping schedules
  • Port operations
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Government regulations
  • Force majeure events and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Any delivery dates provided are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Shipping Terms

Shipment terms, including responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, and risk transfer, shall be governed by the Incoterms® agreed upon in the sales contract or purchase order (such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, or other mutually agreed terms).

6. Inspection and Documentation

Products undergo quality inspection prior to dispatch. Export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, test certificates, and other documents (where applicable), will be provided in accordance with the purchase agreement and destination country requirements.

7. Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to ensure timely shipment, Meridian Georock Mineral LLP shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping lines, port congestion, customs authorities, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers should inspect shipments upon arrival. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies should be reported immediately to the carrier and to Meridian Georock Mineral LLP with supporting photographs and documentation. Claims should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

9. International Shipments

For international orders, customers are responsible for complying with the import regulations, duties, taxes, permits, and other legal requirements applicable in the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
